Facebook is the ultimate platform to promote your listings and your real estate business. Despite constant rumors that the social media channel is waning, it still has the largest share of the market and an active user base. With this, we're happy to share with you our quick tip to share your listing 360 stills on facebook to help boost your impact.

Step 1: Get 360 Stills from your matterport provider

All matterport scans have the ability to capture 360 stills from the system. While it isn't an automatic process, talking with your matterport provider about the 360 stills you'd like to have up front or once reviewing your full virtual tour will help to reduce the time it takes to capture and export these. They are downloaded as .jpg images.

Step 2: Upload to your Facebook page

Login to Facebook and go to your corporate page. If you don't have a corporate or brand page for your business, you can still do this on your personal facebook feed, but we highly recommend you to re-evaluate your marketing and branding strategies. When uploading a 360 image, facebook should automatically recognize it as a 360 degree photo and mention it as such. This is the beauty of matterport + facebook. Add a description and a link to the final destination (we recommend your corporate website or the listing on MLS). Don't forget to include hashtags and make sure the post is public - the more people that see this the better!

Step 3: Share that stuff

Your post is out for the world to see it. Great! Now, be sure to share it via your personal facebook account and encourage others to do so. Consider boosting the post for some increased engagement and impressions.

Step 4: Don't Stop
